Is Dogtown the best fast-food restaurant in Connecticut?

Dogtown at 664 New Haven Ave. in Milford was named one of MSN's "Bucket-List Fast Food Restaurants." The report noted the restaurant's assortment of toppings as one of the eatery's main selling points.
Dogtown is loved by Milford locals thanks to the speedy service, quality ingredients, and wide range of dogs and toppings available. Diners can either get a ‘freestyle’ hot dog and customize it with their choice of extras or leave it to the pros and grab a ‘tricked out’ dog from the specialty menu, which features hearty options such as chili, bacon, and coleslaw–topped Mongo. On the side, go for crispy tater tots loaded with blue cheese, buffalo sauce, and scallions.
The owners of Dogtown said that they wanted to elevate the hot dog from a humble on-the-go food to something more interesting.
"Hot dogs aren’t usually thought of as an art form, but I like to think every dog we make has a story, the way the toppings should be presented, the way the bun is perfectly toasted and the dog itself is split and grilled caramelizing the sugars inside the natural casing," the restaurant's website said.
It's an ethos that customers have also noticed. Dogtown boasts 4.6 out of 5 stars on Yelp with scores of rave reviews.
"Dogtown is one of my favorite spots! My dad put me onto it earlier this year. They have amazing chicken sandwiches, hotdogs, and fries!" one review read.
"Love this spot! So convenient and the food is fantastic! Try the Krusty Burger ... and the "Hotsy Totsies" they are phenomenal," says another. "Staff is always super friendly, which makes it even easier to want to come back."
